The apartments are located in the wing on the South-West side facing the Mont-Blanc and the Southern Alps.

The apartments have a surface of minimum 190 sq meters plus terraces ranging from 52 sq. meters to 64 sq. meters, according to the lots, with each one taking up a floor. Their configuration is as follows: entrance hall, cloakroom, visitors' toilet, passageway equipped with a cupboard, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a lounge with a fireplace, leisure space, master bedroom with a fireplace, a dressing room and bathroom, two bedrooms with bathroom and shower room and a back-entrance. The reception rooms and the bedrooms are lined with a beautiful terrace from which one can enjoy a very beautiful panorama of the Valais Alps.
The apartments are decorated with old wood on most ceilings, except in the bathrooms... The electrical plan has been carefully studied to enable full automation, to be able to put the electrical outlets where you choose, even in the walls for sconces and picture lights, and to lift the external curtains from your bed. The same key-less system as in the hotel is installed on your entrance door. A videophone is installed in the entrance hall of your apartment. Many other details will be explained to you by the architect or Christophe Decarpentrie, the decorator, such as, for example, to be able to look at the mountains from your bath...
The owners will be able to benefit from all the leisure services and amenities offered by the hotel (some for a fee), which include room service, outside and inside swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna, a fitness room, a billiard lounge, a conference room, a cigar lounge and LeMontblanc restaurant, among others. A list of services and related fees have been detailed in a brochure "Le Concierge", available upon request.
Each apartment is assigned two private indoor parking spaces (CHF 50,000.-/parking space), a storage room (with ski storage and a ski boots dryer) and a wine cellar situated on the basement floor.
Prices range between CHF 6,800,000.-- and CHF 7,600,000.--
